Absoloutly incredible customer support from Ben Llewellyn pretty quick responses and answered all my questions
there was some times when it took a few days but he explained he was on holiday or someit anyway if you buy it you wont have problems with custyomer support

Purchase the alpha so I could compare it to my M10. I would say that the M10 has more low speed torque, but the alpha alot smoother at higher speeds. I don’t regret upgrading, there is more pronounced detail, but to be fair I would be happy with either. Great service from A ruzzi.
