What To Expect With
Delivery
We use great couriers to support Abruzzi’s delivery service, however, sometimes the couriers have delays of their own which unfortunately is out of our hands. Please be patient and get in touch with the courier company direct using your tracking number if your product is delayed or undelivered once we have shipped it.
We would really like to offer our next day delivery services to all areas of the UK but we can’t guarantee some UK postcodes such as: Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Delivery Services:
Parcelforce 48 Hour (2-3 working days): This is a 2-3 working days service and is for UK addresses. Monday-Friday.
Parcelforce 24 Hour (1-2 working days): This is a 1-2 working day service and is for UK addresses. Monday-Friday.
Parcelforce Next Day by 12pm (order by 12pm Monday-Thursday): Orders must be in by 12pm for the next day delivery to take place. Monday-Thursday.
Stock Products:
We aim to ship stock products within 48 hours of you ordering.
Fully Custom Products:
Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping of Fully Custom Abruzzi products.
Back-order products:
Backorder products (which will appear on the product listing when you order) have varying shipping times, please get in touch direct for a more accurate shipping date.
Shipping Costs:
Your shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on your country/location. If your shipping quote doesn’t look correct, please get in touch and we will double check this for you.
Delivery Method:
We use several delivery couriers depending on the service required. Delivery is made via Parcel Force, Royal Mail, DPD and UPS with a fully tracked and signed for service.
When It Comes To
Returns
General Returns:
Items purchased with no personalisation (i.e not customised) may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your item. The return item must be as new, unsoiled with no tags removed and in original packaging.
Returns on non-customisable products will be refunded in full subject to re-saleable condition on arrival, shipping costs however will not be refunded.
It is up to the purchaser to return the item with a fully tracked/signed for service. If the item goes missing, we do not take responsibility.
Custom Product Returns:
Personalised or fully custom items are non-refundable nor returnable. This term is applied as soon as your custom item has been sent to production after your sign off on design.
Hardware Returns:
Hardware can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product, however, if the product has been opened or used it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee (30% of the original value of the product) to be deducted from your refund.
After us (us being Abruzzi Ltd) receiving a product back and approving acceptance of return, a refund will take up to 7 working days.
Return shipping is to be covered by yourself (the buyer), we highly recommend using a tracked and signed for service with insurance as if the parcel goes missing or is undelivered we don’t take responsibility. It is the senders responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives to us to the below address.
