Most frequent questions and answers
Once your order has been placed our design team will contact you within 24-48 hours via email (please check your junk mail). From here we will liaise with you until you’re happy with your final design. When your design is signed off it will be sent to manufacture.
From the day your order is signed off with our design team we say please allow 4-6 weeks for your custom Abruzzi product to be shipped.
All orders should be delivered to you within 2-3 working days from your order date. We are a UK based company and we do ship internationally. We use varying couriers from Parcel Force 24/48 to UPS, DPD and Royal Mail (depending on your location).
If you are outside of the UK you will have import fees but don’t worry we deduct UK VAT before you order. You will not pay UK VAT which counters the fees.
